Behaviorally, The Transaction Experts, is the global market leader in digital shopper marketing. With decades of experience in consumer insights and category expertise, we apply a unique behavioral framework, cutting-edge AI technology, and a digital-first approach to help brands win at the most critical moment: the purchase transaction. We’re looking for a Project Management Associate to join our Operations team.

In this role, you’ll help drive the success of our quantitative and qualitative research projects — supporting vendor coordination, cost control, and overall project management in the fast-paced world of consumer and shopper research.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of project delivery for both quantitative and qualitative studies — keeping everything on time, on budget, and aligned with client needs.

• Vendor Management: Work closely with suppliers and partners for fieldwork, product procurement, and digital shelf (planogram) execution.

• Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates, monitor project expenses, and help keep projects financially on track.

• Quality Control: Track project progress, flag issues early, and ensure our work meets Behaviorally’s quality standards. What We’re Looking For

• You’re motivated and ready to roll up your sleeves — we like people who can move mountains!

• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Great at juggling multiple tasks and managing time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams, both in writing and in conversation. • 1-2 years of experience in market research project management is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Why Join Behaviorally?

At Behaviorally, you’ll be part of a team that supports your growth and values your contributions. We offer competitive benefits, a transparent leadership culture, and a collaborative environment where curiosity, dependability, and optimism thrive. If you’re excited about shopper research and want to be part of a team that helps brands win at the shelf, we’d love to hear from you. Learn more about us at www.behaviorally.com
