Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, economics, mathematics, statistics, social sciences or related field such as marketing or psychology
- 5+ years of experience developing & leading a team
- Answering client business questions and providing recommendations that drive positive business outcomes for our Fortune 500 client
- A flair for building and nurturing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) required
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams
- Self-motivated, comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solver
Responsibilities
- Build and develop cross regional team (covering work from Behaviorally offices in the US, UK, France, Switzerland) that implement tech enabled market research projects in line with corporate standards/protocols
- Ensure team well positioned to seamlessly deliver all aspects of each Behaviorally product necessary for a successful client engagement
- Ensure project execution is in accordance with corporate processes and are in line with corporate priorities/strategies
- Ensure team consistently & efficiently delivers a quality research experience and deliverable to internal and external stakeholders meets/exceeds satisfaction KPI targets
- When/where necessary, proactively create, refine, and/or enhance processes (in collaboration with leadership)
Ownership
- Consistent on-time and high-quality Europe CoE project delivery
- Project execution in compliance with corporate central protocols
- Documentation and development of Europe team processes, protocols and procedures
- Monitoring and refinement of workflow to ensure maximum operational efficiency
Expectations
- Proactively drive workstreams to completion and refine/optimize when/where necessary
- Leverage technical innovation/automation where possible to drive improvement
- Set, monitor, report & improve performance of team KPIs (in collaboration with leadership)
