Hello!

We\’re on the lookout for a Web Artist / Web Designer who can create next-gen web designs that are artistic, unique, and stylised, rather than modern, corporate, or traditional.

We\’re looking for someone long-term, and there\’s an opportunity to become an integral part of the team.

It\’s perhaps a great opportunity for the right person.

About us:

We\’re a small, friendly team of web creators — a boutique web design and development studio, specialising in fantastical, almost magical next-gen web experiences and custom app-like interfaces.

We create evocative, artistic, wonderful websites and apps that showcase unique offerings, inspire curiosity, and embody effective, elegant solutions.

Required:

  • Excellent English and communication (written & verbal)
  • Passion for the web, and design
  • Experience/skill/interest in designing unique, stylised, characterful, impactful, evocative, animated, artistic websites
  • UK/Europe based (remote)
  • Portfolio link

Desirable:

  • Figma/Penpot experience
  • Traditional art skills/interest
  • Interaction design, animation/transition and motion design
  • Client-facing communication skills (written & verbal), sales

Bonus:

  • Advanced knowledge of SVG
  • Project Management skills
  • Brand design
  • Graphic design
  • AI design tool experience (such as DALL-E, Sora), strong articulation and descriptive skills
  • Copywriting, content-editing skills
  • Poster design
  • Sound design
  • Digital marketing
  • Ability to quickly sketch wireframes and mockups by hand
  • Experience freelancing or running a small business

Interest or knowledge in the following sectors/industries would be advantageous: Shows/Events, Video Gaming, Major Attractions.

We\’re more interested in seeing a portfolio of your personal and professional work, rather than past experience.

Applications without a portfolio link will be disregarded (sorry).

The work will be ongoing and on an independent contractor basis. Please don\’t apply if you\’re looking for something short-term.

If that sounds of interest, please apply!

Many thanks,

Will
