✨ The Role
Partner with the Head of Copy to lead creative projects from concept to execution across advertising, social, digital and integrated campaigns.
Work on a mix of challenger and established consumer brands – crafting smart, punchy work that cuts through. This isn’t a sit‑back role. You’ll be on the tools daily — driving design standards, shaping ideas and mentoring junior creatives along the way.
🎨 About You
- You might be a Senior Designer ready to step up, or an Art Director who still loves being hands‑on.
- You bring solid agency experience across creative, advertising, digital or integrated campaigns, plus a portfolio that shows both conceptual thinking and visual craft.
- You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, have a experience with B2C brands (FMCG ideal), and you’ve got a collaborative mindset and a passion to creating brave, maverick ideas that cut through.
