What you\’ll do

As a Case Closure Administrator, you\’ll play a key role in bringing insolvency cases to a successful conclusion. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you\’ll ensure that all final steps are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the closure of insolvency cases such as liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies.
  • Reviewing case files to ensure all statutory tasks and documentation are complete.
  • Preparing final reports, notices, and closure documentation for submission to creditors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Managing correspondence and follow-ups related to case closure, including liaising with stakeholders to resolve outstanding matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems are updated prior to closure.
  • Assisting with archiving and compliance checks to meet internal and external standards.
  • Gaining hands-on experience and developing your knowledge of insolvency processes and legislation.

What we\’re looking for

You don\’t need prior insolvency experience – we\’ll provide full training and support. We\’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working to deadlines.
  • Enjoys working in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Is confident using IT systems and learning new tools.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Has a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 9–4 or A*–C).
