What will you do
Your core focus will be to develop, communicate, train and enforce/ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in our Scottish offices
- Assist in the firm’s existing monitoring activities, ensuring the firm’s obligations to the IPA, ICAS and ICAEW are met.
- Assisting with individual regulatory inspection visits from the IPA and ICAEW, including travel to the reviewing offices where necessary.
- Attend meetings with regulators and draft responses to case review queries and closing reports.
- Supervision of remedial actions/plan of action required following regulatory visits.
- Periodic review of compliance with AML / KYC processes.
- Assisting with iCompliance helpdesk queries in relation to technical matters.
- Assisting in the update and formulation of the firm’s standard documents.
- Ability to provide training and guidance

What are we looking for?
- Knowledge and experience of all insolvency processes with a focus and experience on Scottish legislation
- At least CPI qualified (or equivalent)
- Working knowledge of IPS is essential
- Working knowledge of a Document Management System
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to build good working relationships with colleagues and partners, and external stakeholders
- Can be based in anywhere in Scotland but ideally close to one of our offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, or Aberdeen
- Open to remote working
