We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Safer Gambling Specialist to join our growing Safer Gambling Team and help us deliver the highest standards of player care across our brands, including FruitKings, PeachyGames, and Bingostars. Reporting into the Head of Compliance, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in identifying and supporting players who may be at risk of gambling-related harm, while working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment focused on customer protection and responsible gaming.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring player activity, transactional behaviour, and account trends to identify safer gambling and customer protection risk indicators.
  • Conducting detailed reviews of customer accounts and making informed, risk-based decisions to support positive player outcomes.
  • Proactively engaging with customers through phone, email, live chat, and SMS to provide support, guidance, and safer gambling interventions where required.
  • Handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism, including discussions around affordability, gambling behaviours, and player wellbeing.
  • Managing self-exclusion reactivation requests and ensuring all reviews are completed in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Investigating escalations from Customer Support and other departments relating to potential gambling-related harm or financial vulnerability concerns.
  • Carrying out affordability and financial vulnerability assessments using internal tools, data insights, and established safer gambling frameworks.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, decisions, and interventions to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
  • Working closely with Compliance, Product, BI, Payments, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve player protection tools, reporting, and safer gambling processes.
  • Assisting with the testing and implementation of new responsible gaming features, controls, and monitoring tools across the business.
  • Staying up to date with UK Gambling Commission requirements, industry developments, and emerging safer gambling trends to ensure best practice is consistently applied.
  • Contributing to a positive safer gambling culture across the organisation by supporting internal awareness and responsible gaming initiatives.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within Safer Gambling, Responsible Gaming, Customer Protection, Compliance, or a similar role within iGaming or gambling.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive conversations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Passion for player welfare and responsible gaming.

Shift Pattern:

This role operates across a 7-day rota, including a minimum of 2 weekends per month. Flexibility is important due to the nature of the role and player support requirements.
