The Role
Our Salisbury site in Adelaide’s northern suburbs manufactures a range of more than 78 milk and milk-based products. This site is a combined production and distribution facility producing well‑known brands such as Pura, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Feel Good; and distributes across predominantly SA and NT, but also NSW and VIC. We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to partner with our Salisbury site teams and help embed a strong, sustainable culture of continuous improvement. In this hands‑on, people‑focused role, you’ll be the site champion for BEX (Bega Excellence), working closely with leaders and frontline teams to deliver improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale through collaboration and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Leading and embedding a site‑wide continuous improvement culture
- Championing BEX (Bega Excellence) tools and ways of working
- Partnering with leaders to prioritise and deliver improvement initiatives
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities
- Sustaining and standardising improvements across operations
About you
- Experience in CI / operational excellence within manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong problem‑solving and lean improvement capability
- Collaborative, inclusive leadership style with a passion for developing people
- Confidence working with performance data and insights
- Lean Six Sigma experience is desirable (but not essential)
