An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-respected Residential Property team based in North Staffordshire. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 – 5 years PQE to progress their career.
You will bring skills and experience sufficient to manage your own residential caseload, with the support of an existing team. You must have experience in dealing with a varied property caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership and new build. Additionally, you should be a significant fee earner and can confidently manage high volume and complex work.
Networking and partnership working form part of this key role and allow the successful candidate to build a reputation and high-level profile. Experience using case management is essential, as is the ability to work with online portals and take part in digital marketing campaigns to promote the team and its work.
You must be able to travel for meetings and networking purposes and have your own form of transport. This is a rare opportunity that provides substantial opportunities for the right candidate.
