Beeston Media is an established video production agency specialising in high-impact science and deep-tech films. We collaborate with innovative corporate clients, pioneering startups, and world-leading academic institutions to translate complex concepts into visually compelling stories.

The role

We are offering a 4-week paid placement for a Motion Graphics Design intern at our office in Central Bristol. You will work directly with the production team, helping bring complex scientific and technical narratives to life.

This is an opportunity to gain direct mentorship from our experienced production team, collaborate on real-world assets, and walk away with polished pieces for your portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Creating bespoke motion graphics and visual assets for client projects.
• Sourcing, organising, and preparing media assets for edit pipelines.
• Collaborating with the post-production team on visual design and animation passes.
• Assisting with broader day-to-day studio and production tasks as required to keep projects running smoothly.

What we’re looking for

• Strong foundation in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A sharp eye for design, typography, layout, and fine attention to detail.
• A clear, demonstrated passion for animation and motion design (evidenced by personal or professional projects listed by date).
• Self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to communicate complex, technical subjects visually.
