Bee’s Motors is looking for a qualified and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our close-knit and friendly workshop team in Downham Market. We’re a well-established, independent garage with a reputation for quality and trust. We service a wide range of makes and models and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of light vehicles
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and fault-finding using appropriate tools and software
  • Collaborate with our small team to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
  • Liaise directly with customers when needed to explain work carried out or required
  • Work independently and show initiative when managing your workload

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (essential)
  • MOT Tester certification (desirable but not essential – training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced independent or main-dealer workshop
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with pride in quality workmanship
