Bee’s Care Ltd is recruiting compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to support people in their own homes. Whether you have care experience or are starting a new career, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Our shift periods are:

  • 7am–2pm
  • 7am–6pm
  • 2pm–10pm
  • 5pm–10pm

Please tell us which shift patterns you can work when applying. Applicants must be available to work alternate weekends.

About the role

You will travel to people’s homes across Peterborough and surrounding areas, providing care tailored to their needs. Your duties may include:

  • Supporting personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
  • Preparing meals and helping with everyday household tasks
  • Providing medication support in line with training and care plans
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
  • Recording care provided and reporting changes or concerns

What we’re looking for

You will need to:

  • Be kind, patient and dependable
  • Be able to travel between care visits in the local area
  • Be available to work alternate weekends
  • Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and the office team
  • Be comfortable working independently, with support available
  • Be willing to learn and follow care plans and procedures

Previous care experience, a Care Certificate or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification is welcomed but not essential.
