Beers Timber & Building Supplies Ltd is a long-established, independent merchant supplying quality timber and building materials to both trade professionals and the general public across Merseyside, Warrington, Wirral, Manchester, and the wider North West. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for design to work with both trade and retail customers.
You will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete design and sales journey, delivering tailored kitchen solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
Key responsibilities include:- Building and developing relationships with customers seeking bespoke kitchen designs
- Proactively identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Managing the full design and sales process from initial consultation through to completion
- Recommending suitable products based on customer requirements and budgets
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a similar kitchen design and sales role
- A strong sales background with the ability to close deals
- Good product knowledge of kitchens
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for design
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence
We would add that the showroom also sells bathrooms; experience in this area would be nice to have but is not essential.
Working Hours
Standard hours are Monday to Thursday between 7:30am and 5:00pm, Friday between 7:30am to 4:30pm, and alternate Saturday mornings: 8:00am to 12:30pm.
