About the Role:

As a Junior Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be expected to assist with operational admin with a view to understanding and developing these tasks into automated processes. With success, that will develop into a responsibility for turning raw data into actionable insights and developing further solutions to increase efficiency and automation. You will work closely with the Forecast & Demand Planning Manager and others in the team to drive improvements to enhance scalability, reduce costs, and improve visibility across forecasting, demand planning, procurement, logistics, and 3PL management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Forecast & Demand Planning Manager & Operations Manager with key qualitative data administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively to identify and automate manual processes to increase efficiency.
  • Support demand forecasting and scenario planning using historical and external data.
  • Collect, clean, check and analyse supply chain data from external partners and internal systems.
  • Provide insights into supply chain opportunities through in depth analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to support supplier performance reviews.
  • Automate recurring processes and reports to free up time for deeper analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with departments across the business to improve information and data.
  • Gathering processes and systems for increased forecasting accuracy.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders.

About You:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills.
  • Exposure to Python is a plus, particularly for automating reporting or data transformation tasks
  • Understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics).
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs and ad hoc requests.
