Across our three clubs, we deliver up to 200,000 themed boxes per month, along with our leading magazine titles Ferment, Glug and Stamash. We work closely with government organisations to promote their region through the products we feature and the content our team produces.

An exciting opportunity within the industry, you’ll identify, pitch and win international trade funding from global agencies and trade bodies, driving exciting product themes, welcome boxes and market-expansion projects across our clubs. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy, hands-on commercial ownership and strategic impact, perfect for someone who’s hungry to help shape a rapidly scaling part of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full lifecycle of revenue opportunities from proposal and negotiation to closing and ongoing relationship management. Maintain a high-value pipeline with a minimum 5x coverage of your quarterly targets, ensuring forward momentum at each contact with decision makers.
  • Travel both domestically and internationally to trade shows, embassies and partner HQ’s to pitch takeover deals in person and win investment for our beer, wine and whisky clubs.
  • Work closely with our design, operations, buying and production teams to ensure funded projects are executed on time, on budget and to specification.
About You:
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed, you open the doors that others can’t.
  • Proven sales track record, ideally B2B or winning investment from trade bodies, tourist boards and governments within food, beverage, FMCG or export sectors.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with shifting priorities.
  • Outstanding relationship-builder with experience engaging high-influence decision makers such as embassy contacts and government or trade body representatives.
