As a Healthcare Assistant within IMedical Staff, you will assist our residents with daily activities, personal care and to lead a more fulfilled life overall. Therefore, having excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are a must. Holding an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care would be preferred, but not essential. We can provide further training for the right candidate. This is a chance to bring your dedication and compassion and make a difference in someone's life.
Your schedule depends on your availability. Flexibility is one of the many advantages our agency offers. You can choose to work night shifts, one day per week or more and you can choose from a variety of shifts that we have available, depending on the needs of the care homes (e.g. 12 hours shifts, 6 hours shifts etc.). Requirements- To hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of CA experience (preferably in a care home)
- Easy access to transport/willingness to travel
