We’re looking for an energetic and organised Account Manager to elevate our client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, nurture and manage strong client relationships through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Understand client objectives, document and follow up on actions and feedback from client meetings.
  • Organise and lead regular client meetings, providing an indispensable client experience; identify new business opportunities and ways to support client objectives.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets and deliverables are consciously reviewed, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare clear and concise briefs for designers and developers, collaborating with in‑house teams to scope and plan projects accurately.
  • Help review procedures and processes to continuously improve the client experience.

Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager (or similar role) in a creative, digital or tech‑led studio.
  • Familiar with Slack, Jira, Google Workspace and other project/time‑management tools.
  • Strong task‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Curious, adaptable and enthusiastic about the intersection of creativity and technology.
