BeenThere.pro is a curated platform connecting serious founders with vetted industry experts. We are expanding our network to include a dedicated Fundraising & Venture vertical. We are looking for active Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists, and Syndicate Leads to help early-stage founders navigate the fundraising landscape.
This is not a traditional employment role. It is a flexible advisory position where you can monetize your expertise, mentor the next generation of builders, and potentially discover high-quality deal flow all on your own terms.
What You Will Do
- Host paid 1:1 video consultations with founders who are actively preparing to raise capital. Common consultation topics include:
- Pitch Deck Teardowns: Critiquing narratives, metrics, and slides to ensure they resonate with institutional investors.
- Fundraising Strategy: Advising on whether to raise a pre-seed, seed, or bridge round, and how to structure it.
- Cap Table & Valuation: Guiding founders through early-stage valuation expectations and equity dilution.
- Investor Readiness: Acting as a sounding board before founders go out to pitch institutional funds.
Your Control & Compensation
- Set Your Own Rate: You decide what your time is worth.
- Filter the Noise: Instead of fielding random LinkedIn coffee chats, use our platform to ensure you only speak with founders serious enough to invest in their own preparation.
- Get Paid Per Session: You are compensated for every 1:1 consultation booked and completed.
Who You Are
- You are an active Angel Investor, Venture Partner, Principal at a VC firm, or a 2x+ venture-backed founder.
