Position Purpose The Recruitment Program Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational delivery of a complex vendor management program supporting a strategic enterprise client. This role serves as a primary operational point of contact for the client and is accountable for service delivery, supplier performance, issue resolution, process discipline, and the successful movement of talent through the program lifecycle. This position requires a highly credible, client-facing leader who can operate effectively in a demanding, fast-moving environment, balance competing priorities, communicate clearly under pressure, and drive action across suppliers, internal MBO teams, client stakeholders, and other program partners. The Program Office Lead must be equally comfortable managing executive-level client interactions and maintaining detailed operational control of the program. Key Areas of Responsibility Client Relationships – Own the day-to-day client experience and program credibility Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders across procurement, program leadership, talent, and other functions involved in the program. Serve as a primary point of contact for operational questions, escalations, service issues, and program decisions. Communicate proactively and confidently with a highly engaged client, including when expectations, timelines, or requested outcomes require clarification or reset. Translate client priorities into clear actions for MBO, suppliers, and other program participants, and ensure commitments are tracked through completion. Identify risks, blockers, and emerging issues early; develop recommended solutions and escalate appropriately when resolution requires senior leadership involvement. Set realistic expectations regarding program capabilities, timelines, dependencies, and costs. Lead or support recurring client meetings, pipeline reviews, operational reviews, and issue-resolution discussions. Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery and ensure client satisfaction goals are achieved. Program Operations establish clear expectations for responsiveness, candidate quality, process compliance, and communication. Monitor supplier performance against program expectations and applicable SLAs, including submission quality, screening completion, responsiveness, scheduling support, and onboarding follow-through. Hold suppliers accountable for corrective actions when service or process expectations are not being met. Provide suppliers with clear, timely feedback on candidate outcomes, process changes, documentation requirements, and client expectations. Coordinate supplier escalations and resolve issues before they materially affect the client experience or candidate pipeline. Identify recurring supplier performance issues and recommend changes to supplier strategy, participation, or operating procedures. Conduct supplier training and support continuous improvement of supplier service delivery. Partner with program leadership on supplier capacity, coverage, and capability needs. Risk, Escalation ensure unresolved issues are addressed before candidates advance. Coordinate clarification and remediation activities when candidate or supplier reviews identify issues requiring additional information or client determination. Use sound judgment to distinguish routine operating issues from risks requiring immediate escalation. Document significant decisions, exceptions, unresolved dependencies, and ownership to ensure clear accountability. Provide concise recommendations—not simply issue descriptions—when escalating risks or operational challenges to client or MBO leadership. Reporting, Governance able to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining accurate data and follow-through. Ability to interpret process requirements, identify risk, and make practical recommendations when exceptions or unclear situations arise. Comfort working across multiple systems, trackers, stakeholders, suppliers, and concurrent priorities. College degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Human Resources, Customer Service, Procurement, Staffing, Sales Delivery, or contingent workforce experience preferred. Success Profile The strongest candidate will be more than an administrator or coordinator. They will be a composed, highly organized program leader who can earn the client's confidence, challenge suppliers when performance falls short, bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate problems before they become escalations, and maintain rigorous control of program details while keeping the broader client relationship in view.
