In this role, you will manage and grow relationships with strategically important clients, focusing on renewal negotiations and long-term relationship management. As the main point of contact for designated clients, you will act as the overall relationship owner, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract renewals and negotiate terms to meet growth and revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term value and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and meet client needs.
- Ensure SLAs are met and operational efficiencies are maintained.
- Mediate client issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Communicate account status and opportunities to leadership.
- Achieve defined revenue and strategic targets for assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven Sales negotiation experience
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Proven Relationship Management skills both with clients and internal teams
- 2 or more years of Staffing/ MSP /VMS experience
- 1 year of account/project or program management experience (Min)
- Experience with change management

This role is fully remote, but onsite client visits may be required.
