What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Craft cocktail experience is a must
- Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Keep a clean workspace
- Must be proficient with POS systems
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience required
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
