Full-time 40h Contract Area Manager North East England

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating a team of around 25 employees remotely within your sales area, North East England.
  • Recruiting motivated employees who represent beeline in our concession partner branches.
  • Maintaining relationships with business partners and host stores through strong communication skills.
  • Optimizing turnover, costs, and standards, while driving profitability and visual merchandising.
  • Maintaining a strategic overview of your area and ensuring smooth process flow.

Qualifications we seek:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as an Area, District, or Regional Manager or similar role, preferably in fashion.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, including hiring, employee interviews, and performance management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Optional: a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
  • Residence in or around Leeds/York .
