The role – Community Care Worker (Casual)
We’re recruiting flexible casual carers to support people living in their own homes across Honiton, Tiverton, Cullompton and nearby rural villages. A casual contract means:
- No fixed weekly hours
- Work offered based on your availability
- You stay in control of when and how much you work
You may be offered a mix of morning and evening shifts, with occasional weekend work if you’re available — but you choose what fits around your life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Warm, respectful personal care
- Help with meals, medication and daily routines
- Light household support
- Friendly, reliable companionship
- Simple electronic visit notes using the Beehive Care app
