About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, our General Managers are the heartbeat of our business. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and making the Crossbush Beefeater the go-to dining destination in the area.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead from the front and be responsible for:
- Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, cohesive unit.
- Inspiring and developing your team to ensure high engagement and retention.
- Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Managing all controllable costs and overseeing the site’s P&L.
- Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
