We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house team at The Plough Beefeater in Dover—a popular restaurant in a prime location close to Dover’s key transport links, local attractions and thriving hotel trade. With regular footfall from locals, families, tourists and guests from the nearby Premier Inn, this is an exciting chance to run a high-volume kitchen that’s at the heart of the community.
At The Plough, you’ll take ownership of a fast-paced kitchen with a supportive General Manager who’s right there in your corner. You’ll lead and develop your team, manage costs and margins, smash audits, and deliver the consistent, high-quality food our guests love.
