About the Role
We’re now hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to lead UK (Field-based) growth across retail, trade and online channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the UK sales strategy
- Lead growth across retailers, garden centre groups, distributors, and online partners
- Drive performance through digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong long-term customer relationships
- Forecast, manage budgets, and report to the European leadership team
- Build and coach a high-performing UK sales team as the business expands
Required Skills
- Senior sales leader in consumer goods, outdoor living, home & garden, or similar
- Experience working with both major retailers and online/e-commerce accounts
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident working in a fast-moving, growing business
- Energetic, strategic, and hands-on
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BBQs, outdoor kitchens, or outdoor leisure is a bonus but not essential.
