We are a fast-growing European distribution business supplying premium gas BBQs and outdoor kitchen products to leading retailers, e-commerce platforms, and specialist outdoor living stores across the UK and Europe.
We’re now hiring a dynamic Head of Sales to lead UK (Field-based) growth across retail, trade and online channels.
- Own and deliver the UK sales strategy
- Lead growth across retailers, garden centre groups, distributors, and online partners
- Drive performance through digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong long-term customer relationships
- Build and coach a high-performing UK sales team as the business expands
Senior sales leader in consumer goods, outdoor living, home & garden, or similar
Experience working with both major retailers and online/e-commerce accounts
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Experience in BBQs, outdoor kitchens, or outdoor leisure is a bonus but not essential.
