- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced, multi-site business
- A passion for hospitality and finding exceptional people

- Confidence to coach, influence and challenge hiring managers
- Commercial awareness with the ability to use recruitment data and market insight to support hiring decisions

Here's what you'll get up to:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for management roles across our London restaurants, partnering closely with Operations Managers and the wider People Team to deliver a seamless and remarkable candidate experience from application through to offer.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and succession plans that ensure we're always one step ahead of our hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with future talent, identify recruitment risks before they become challenges and keep up to date with market trends to strengthen our attraction strategy.
- Partner with General Managers, Head Chefs and Operations Managers to support hiring decisions, providing coaching, challenge and recruitment expertise while using data and market insight to influence workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we recruit. Whether that's introducing new sourcing methods, improving candidate experience, refining recruitment processes or supporting wider People Team projects, you'll help shape the future of recruitment at Flat Iron.
We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance whilst staying connected to our restaurants and teams. This role will involve regular travel across our London restaurants, with occasional support for new openings and wider business projects where required.
