We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in operations management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and commercials.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Here's what you will get up to:

  • People: Hold regular team/KPI reviews and meetings. Spot and stay close to those in training to ensure we maximise their experience. Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch. Develop clear plans, PDP's and SYS in place with your teams, engage with the Beef HQ for development support. Maintain high food scores and quality standards understanding. Drive customer metrics to ensure we are delivering remarkable guest experiences. Conduct regular audits and reviews.
  • Place: Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards. Conduct excellence reviews, audits, and regular walk rounds and monitor external audits, create action plans, and make sure site-level actions and recommendations are completed. Monitor supplier and contract performance.
  • Business: Actively participate in and potentially lead the setup and launch of new locations through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events, supporting GMs with building community relationships. Contribute to strategic planning and action plans. Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships. Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning. Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams.

Work pattern: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and understand that our managers need the freedom to provide exceptional experiences. Occasionally, you will support them, and this may include weekend and evening work.
