We are currently recruiting Housing Disrepair Paralegals on behalf of well-established law firms based in Salford and Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with housing disrepair experience who are looking to join busy and growing legal teams.
The Role - You will be handling claimant housing disrepair matters and supporting the team with cases from pre-litigation through to litigation.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of housing disrepair files
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and pleadings
- Progressing claims from pre-litigation through to litigation
- Liaising with clients, experts and housing associations
- Assisting solicitors with case preparation and progression
- Previous Housing Disrepair experience (essential)
- Experience working within Pre-Litigation and/or Litigation
- Strong organisational and case management skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
