Beecrown Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a thriving housing disrepair firm based in the heart of Salford Quays. If you’re an experienced Legal Administrator looking for your next role, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role: You’ll be the backbone of a busy legal team, keeping cases moving and the office running smoothly. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Managing and maintaining case files (both digital and physical)
- Handling incoming calls from clients, courts, and third parties
- Supporting fee earners with general admin and document preparation
- Ensuring filing systems are accurate, organised, and up to date
- Liaising professionally with clients throughout their case journey
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Legal Administrator (essential)
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Confident telephone manner and excellent communication
- Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Housing disrepair experience is a bonus, but not essential
