I’m currently working with a highly regarded specialist litigation firm that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Disputes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing firm handling quality, high-value work for SMEs, HNW individuals and national clients.
The Role
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder & director disputes
- Commercial property litigation
- Business protection matters (restrictive covenants, injunctions)
- Complex, high-value litigation
You’ll have autonomy over your caseload while working within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
Who They’re Looking For
- Solicitors with experience in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Commercially aware and client-focused
- Also open to exceptional Civil Litigators (circa 4 years PQE+) who are keen to retrain into Commercial Litigation. The firm is willing to invest in the right individual and provide structured support.
