We’re working with a well-established and growing law firm in Bolton who are looking to add a Paralegal to their Personal Injury team, with exposure to pre-litigation PI and credit hire work. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal who already has some PI experience and wants to build on it within a busy, supportive office-based team.
The Opportunity
You’ll be working closely with experienced fee earners, assisting on and progressing pre-litigation personal injury matters, including credit hire claims. The role offers hands-on involvement and real responsibility, rather than purely administrative support.
You’ll be involved in:
- Assisting with and managing credit hire matters
- Drafting correspondence and claims documentation
- Liaising with clients, insurers, third parties and hire companies
- Reviewing medical evidence and claim updates
- Maintaining accurate files and delivering excellent client care
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Personal Injury
- Some pre-litigation experience is essential
- Exposure to credit hire (hands-on or assisting)
- Confident communicator with good attention to detail
- Someone reliable, organised and keen to progress within PI
- Supportive team with genuine development opportunities
- Competitive salary depending on experience
