We are seeking capable, reliable and proactive Teaching Assistants with sound literacy and numeracy skills to join our dedicated team.
In this versatile role, you will:
- Support the diverse learning needs of both individual pupils and small groups, fostering an inclusive environment across both indoor and outdoor learning settings.
- Provide essential lunchtime supervision and assist with intimate care when required.
- Work 1:1 with specific pupils and set up engaging sensory circuits.
- Design and set up activities linked directly to individual targets, while actively contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
