Beechwood Hotel in North Norfolk is seeking an aspiring cook to join a traditional kitchen through a Commis chef (level 2) apprenticeship. No professional cooking experience is required, but a keen interest in food and cooking is essential.
You will learn hands-on in a vibrant 2 AA Rosette kitchen and contribute to daily prep and service. The programme runs for one year with shifts including morning prep and evening dinner service.
