Role & Responsibilities:
Our Nurses are a crucial part of our family and play a valuable role in mentoring and motivating colleagues and improving the day‑to‑day lives of our wonderful residents through continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents’ needs. You will role‑model best practice and support our residents through therapeutic interventions. We offer comprehensive learning and development opportunities and welcome candidates from a variety of experiences.
Qualifications:
You’ll be a registered nurse and experience of working in a nursing role within a health care setting will be a strong advantage, but more important is a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective working relationships with residents and their families. A willingness to develop your leadership skills and determination to drive continuous improvement, while maintaining high compliance standards, is highly desirable.
