Duties

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
  • Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents or guardians
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in the nursery
  • Collaborate with other nursery practitioners and staff members

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
