Our private nursing home is set in the beautiful Lanark countryside, providing specialist care for up to 70 residents. With a warm and supportive environment, we are committed to delivering exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care. We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care. You will create and review personalised care plans, administer medication safely, and monitor the health and wellbeing of residents with accuracy and professionalism. You will lead and support the care team during your shifts, ensuring handovers are clear and documentation is kept up to date. You will build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance, dignity, and respect in every interaction. You will also act as a mentor to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping others grow. Above all, you will bring compassion, calmness, and a genuine passion for care to every aspect of your role.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to best practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
- Previous care home experience is desirable but not essential
