The Role As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and safely.

Supporting our chefs and front-of-house team, you will help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Washing dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash, and storage areas.
  • Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely and efficiently.
  • Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
  • Ensuring all cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures are completed.
  • Following Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations at all times.
  • Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
