Founded in 1995, we have established ourselves as the go-to brand for quality, innovative products in the rebrandable accessories market.
We are looking for a Product Development Merchandiser to join our Product team and help bring new accessory collections to life across our four brands. Working closely with the Product Manager, Design, Sourcing and our global supplier base, you'll play a key role in managing the product development process from design handover through to bulk production and launch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial awareness, organisation and product expertise to deliver high-quality products to market.
What the role involves:
- Managing the seasonal product development Critical Path from design handover through to launch
- Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure development milestones are delivered on time
- Coordinating samples, approvals, testing and compliance throughout the development process
- Monitoring product costs and supporting commercially viable solutions alongside Product and Sourcing teams
- Maintaining accurate product information across internal systems and supporting product launches
- Working collaboratively with Design, Sourcing, Purchasing, QC, Marketing and Sales to deliver successful collections
What we are looking for:
- Experience within product merchandising, product development or sourcing, ideally within fashion, accessories or branded consumer products
- Proven ability to manage critical paths and deliver projects to deadlines
- Experience working directly with suppliers and factories throughout the product development process
- Strong understanding of product specifications, sample management and quality standards
- Commercial awareness with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and suppliers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience of ERP systems and Adobe Illustrator an advantage
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for product and continuous improvement
