Beechfield Brands Limited is the home of four leading textile brands: Beechfield® Original Headwear, BagBase®, Quadra® and Westford Mill®, each with their own identity and philosophy. Founded in 1995, we have established ourselves as the go-to brand for quality, innovative products in the rebrandable accessories market. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team and help shape the visual direction of our four brands.
Working closely with the Head of Creative, you will play a key role in developing and delivering creative work across campaigns, product launches and brand storytelling. The role spans print, packaging, digital platforms and social, with responsibility for maintaining the visual standards that define our brands.
What the role involves:- Leading creative projects from concept through to final delivery
- Maintaining brand guidelines and acting as a brand guardian across all four brands
- Developing visual concepts for campaigns, launches and brand storytelling
- Art directing still life and model shoots in collaboration with photographers, videographers and stylists
- Creating high quality assets across print, digital, packaging and marketing channels
- Working closely with marketing, product and commercial teams to bring ideas to life
- Exceptional typography, layout and visual design craft
- Strong branding experience with a sharp eye for detail and consistency
- Experience delivering creative campaigns across both digital and print
- Experience art directing still life and model shoots
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Experience working with fashion, retail or lifestyle brands
- A confident and collaborative designer who enjoys working across creative, marketing and product teams
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience (6+ years)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
You will be joining a passionate team that takes pride in the brands we build and the products we create. This role offers the opportunity to make a real creative impact across four established brands while helping shape how they evolve.
