Job Type: Full or Part Time positions available (20-40 hours per week)

Salary: £13.12 - £13.69 per hour, plus £1,000 Welcome bonus

The Role: As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis. Your responsibilities will include personal care, getting ready for the day or night ahead, assisting with set routines and providing an exceptional level of care and support during the day or night. Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where residents' needs will be your top priority. You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team. You will ensure all residents' activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner. You will quickly become part of the home, a great place to live and work!

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care. You will work as part of a friendly care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
