Beechcroft Developments is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our digital presence across campaigns, content, social platforms, and performance analytics. Based at our Head Office in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, this is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping our online presence within a business renowned for building exceptional homes for the over-55s.

The Role at a Glance:

  • Campaign Management – Design and oversee digital marketing activities, including email marketing, PPC campaigns, and database management.
  • Content Strategy & Creation – Develop and deliver engaging content across all digital channels, optimising for SEO and user engagement.
  • Social Media Management – Plan and manage content across all social media platforms, aligned with brand tone and objectives.
  • Website Management – Collaborate with our digital agency to ensure the website is fully optimised, up to date, and user-friendly.
  • Performance & Analytics – Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and audience engagement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with actionable insights.
  • Trend Analysis & Innovation – Keep up to date of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and content delivery.
  • Rightmove Management – Regularly update Rightmove listings and analyse listing performance data to inform marketing strategy and optimise lead generation.
  • Sales Support & CRM – Work with the sales team to enhance CRM performance and support digital strategies to boost lead generation.
  • Strategic Planning – Contribute to broader marketing strategy by supporting campaign planning and budget monitoring.
  • SharePoint Administration – Maintain and update SharePoint content libraries and publish daily updates to the company intranet, ensuring key marketing documents, news, and team resources are well-structured, current, and accessible.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A Digital All-Rounder – Confident managing content, campaigns, CRM tools, PPC advertising, and analytics across all digital channels.
  • Creative & Technically Skilled – Strong content creation abilities with a good grasp of SEO, A/B testing, and user engagement optimisation. Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and experienced in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO platforms, and email marketing software (Active Campaign & Mailchimp). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), with an understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Analytical & Detail-Focused – Comfortable interpreting performance data, drawing insights, and making recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Results-Driven – Able to manage the company’s digital footprint with minimal direction, delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Organised & Adaptable – Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while responding to emerging digital trends and technologies.
  • Collaborative Communicator & Team Player – A confident communicator who works well across departments, contributes positively to team initiatives, and supports the Sales & Marketing department with a cooperative and solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Higher education and completed vocational training in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline, leading to a formal technical or professional certification, with a minimum of 3 years of function-related experience in digital marketing.
  • OR Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in digital marketing or a related field, leading to a recognised professional qualification or accreditation, with a minimum of 5 years of post-related experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration or document/content management systems.
  • Experience in property or construction is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
