Beech House Veterinary Surgery is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Head RVN to lead and mentor a nursing team to clinical excellence. You will be joining our well-equipped practice based in Radcliffe, Manchester. We are offering an attractive salary along with an excellent benefits package. This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week and 1:4 Saturdays.
You will be joining a practice with access to a large, varied and very interesting caseload and a wide range of modern equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, modern ultrasound, full endoscopy suite, multiparameter and in-house lab facilities. We want an experienced HRVN who is confident and proactive and can lead and mentor our nursing team to help our clinic deliver the best possible care with a high standard of customer service. You will be a shining example to our recently qualified RVNs and work to help build confidence in our new Graduate vets. This role can be moulded to suit your aspirations and offers endless possibilities for a nurse and team that wants to continuously develop.

Our experienced veterinary team are on hand to support you with inpatient cases, surgery and hospital treatment plans, along with regular check-ups and routine procedures. Our clinic accepts referrals in medicine, diagnostic imaging, soft tissue surgery and orthopaedic procedures. We are also supported regionally with a referral service in ophthalmology with other areas up and coming. Our practice is very easily accessible by car or public transport. We have parking available around the surgery area for our team who drive.
Salary and Hours
Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time role working approximately 37.5 hours a week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30-17:30). Our practice opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:45 to 19:00 and Saturdays 08:30 to 17:30. Our practice is supported out of hours by MiNightVet Manchester.
