Role Purpose
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Assistant Practitioner to join our welcoming Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stage of their development.
Every day is different as you help create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children aged 2-5 can build confidence, develop new skills, and discover a love of learning through play. Working closely with colleagues and families, you'll play a key role in supporting each child's individual journey and helping them reach their full potential.

What you will be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day care, learning, and development of children aged 2-5 years.
- Creating engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Building positive and nurturing relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence, and social development.
- Supporting indoor and outdoor learning activities.
- Observing and monitoring children's progress and wellbeing.
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare at all times.
- Contributing to planning activities, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
What you will bring
- Has experience working with children aged 2-5 years within an EYFS setting.
- Is warm, patient, caring, and passionate about Early Years education.
- Can build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Has a strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
