We are a privately owned, award-winning building services consultancy established in 1987 and located in Camden, London. With a team of 50 multi-disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers, we are experiencing steady growth through first-class project delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Revit Coordinator responsible for creating 3D CAD drawings across all project stages for mechanical, public health, and electrical disciplines, focusing on mixed-use and residential projects. The role involves developing and implementing 3D BIM using REVIT MEP and supporting the development of BIM practices within our expanding market.
Candidate Requirements:- Experience with REVIT in residential building projects.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP for creating complex 3D building systems and geometries (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment, fire protection).
- Ability to work from engineer’s mark-ups and sketches with minimal supervision to produce accurate MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD.
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Building Design Suite, including Revit.
- Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT.
- Strong AutoCAD 2D skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Flexible working arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
- Salary range: £35,000 to £45,000.
