A highly respected multi-disciplined building services consultancy renowned for their dynamic approach are seeking a BIM Information Lead to assist their office in North London. This is a key position in leading the group that delivers on Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) Engineering projects. The firm has an impressive and engaging portfolio of work moving forward, which is underpinning their growth and expansion.
You will support their BIM/Revit Team at the forefront of innovating solutions to the built environment and be integrally involved in the development of the technology used to create these solutions. The successful individual will be technically astute with a strong background in MEP Engineering; a detailed understanding and strong skillset in BIM will be essential to be able to fulfil the necessary objectives of the role.
Experience required:
- 5+ years’ experience in the industry
- 3+ years Revit experience
- Navisworks experience
- BIM experience, EIR, BEP & AIR
- Information management experience
- BIM level 2 experience
- BIM qualifications
- Navisworks Time lining experience (4D)
