The role involves: Modelling work in IES to ensure compliance with Part L, TM59, TM52, and BREEAM standards. Thermal Bridging Measurements for SAP. Collaborating with the Sustainability Team on planning submissions, design for compliance, and ventilation design. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team and engineers to understand project briefs and undertake modelling work. Provide design solutions aligned with client and project requirements. Generate IES models by undertaking geometry and system inputs for various developments. Assess compliance with Part L, TM52, and TM59 Overheating criteria. Follow procedures to generate models and documentation. Utilize IES, Microsoft Office, and other approved software. Person Specification Interest or understanding in Sustainability or related disciplines. Ability to work independently with good organizational skills. Professional and personable demeanor. Teamwork and willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills. Good written and spoken English skills.
