With a team of 60 multi‑disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers, they’ve built a reputation for excellence and steady, sustainable growth. They are looking to bring a Graduate (+1)/ Junior Electrical Engineer into the team to work on some of the UK’s most prestigious high‑end residential and hotel developments.

Role:

  • Carrying out survey work and site inspections
  • Producing design calculations (hand‑calcs and software modelling)
  • Preparing drawings and technical specifications
  • Writing technical reports
  • Supporting senior engineers with problem‑solving and design solutions
  • Building strong client relationships alongside senior management
  • Driving your own professional and personal development

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience within a building services consultancy
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or HNC/HND with strong design experience)
  • Confident client‑facing communication

  • Strong understanding of British Standards and Building Regulations
  • Knowledge of HTMs is a bonus
