Role Overview
Weβre looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives across campaigns, content, partnerships, and product launches. This is a high-velocity role ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced environments like event marketing β where tight timelines, shifting priorities, and complex coordination are the norm.
What Youβll Do
β Drive the execution of key marketing projects across brand, content, product marketing, and growth
β Coordinate across internal teams (design, product, partnerships) and external partners (contractors, media, event teams)
β Build and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear
β Ensure high-quality execution under tight deadlines β from creative briefs to final launch
β Track progress, surface risks, and report updates directly to the CEO and Head of Brand
β Establish repeatable systems that bring order, speed, and clarity to our marketing efforts
What Weβre Looking For
β 3β5 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally with a background in event marketing or agency work
β Strong operational chops: highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
β Ability to manage multiple moving parts, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep stakeholders aligned
